Delivery Times
- Nairobi & Environs: Typically within 24–48 hours.
- Nairobi CBD: Monday to Friday only.
- Towns Near Nairobi via Bus/Shuttle: Typically 2–4 business days. Indicate your preferred bus company in the Notes field at checkout.
- G4S / Fargo: Rate covers transport to the station only — we will call you to arrange the top-up with the courier company.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Sculpt Navy purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Custom orders or clearance items are non-refundable.
