Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Sculpt Navy has two physical locations in Nairobi:
- Sawa Mall — G11
- Superior Centre — H-1, 2nd Floor
Both stores are open Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM. You can also shop online 24/7 right here.
How do I know my size?
We use standard European/Kenyan sizing. For detailed measurements and category-specific sizing, please visit our Size Guide.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via M-Pesa Paybill. During checkout, pay to Paybill 542542, Account 849179, then enter your M-Pesa confirmation code to complete your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 24–48 hours. Deliveries to towns near Nairobi via bus or shuttle take 2–4 business days.
How much does delivery cost?
Fees range from KSh 150 to KSh 700 depending on your location. Full rates are shown at checkout when you select your delivery zone. See our Shipping & Returns page for the complete breakdown.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Custom orders and clearance items are non-refundable. To initiate a return, call or WhatsApp us on 0750 058 574.

Do you deliver outside Nairobi?
Yes. We deliver to Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Thika, Kitengela, Machakos, Nanyuki, and other towns via bus and shuttle for KSh 400. Please indicate your preferred bus company in the Notes field at checkout.
